Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn safety shoes back in their original manufacturer's box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
